Summary
This study looks at whether a specific nerve block (SZMNB) can reduce the need for morphine and shorten hospital stays in children after cleft palate repair. Researchers will review medical records of 150 children who had surgery between 2017 and 2018. The goal is to see if this pain-blocking method leads to fewer side effects and earlier discharge.
