Second cleft lip surgery shows promise for better appearance

This study looked at whether a second surgery could improve the look of the lip and nose in 25 people born with a cleft lip who already had one repair. The goal was to see if patients were happier with their appearance and function after the extra surgery. Results were measured using a special questionnaire called CLEFT-Q, and patients were checked for up to 6 months after surgery.
