First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study involved 334 adults with heart failure and reduced pumping ability. Researchers wanted to see if a special ultrasound measurement of the heart's left chamber could predict who would respond best to the drug Sacubitril/Valsartan. Participants had an ultrasound and blood test before starting the drug and again after 3 months. The goal was to better understand why some people improve more than others.
