Summary
This study compared two common dental appliances used to correct a significant overbite (Class II malocclusion) in teenagers. It involved 34 teens and looked at how well Invisalign clear aligners with a special feature worked compared to traditional Twin Block appliances. Researchers measured changes in jaw position, tooth alignment, and even the tiny structure of the jawbone itself using X-rays.
