New training sharpens Doctors' eyes for stomach cancer detection

Summary
This study tested a training program for doctors using a special microscope called confocal laser endomicroscopy (CLE) during stomach exams. The goal was to help them more accurately identify cancerous and pre-cancerous spots in the stomach. 147 adults aged 18-85 took part. The results will show if the training improves diagnostic accuracy.
