Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new treatment called CLDN6 CAR-T, which uses a patient's own immune cells to fight solid tumors that have returned or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment targets a protein called CLDN6 found on tumor cells. The study will enroll about 214 people and aims to check safety and see if the therapy can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
