Summary
This study tested whether a single dose of a person's own blood cells (CLBS16) could reduce chest pain in adults with coronary microvascular dysfunction, a condition where small heart vessels don't work properly despite clear arteries. The trial enrolled 34 people who had angina at least three times a week. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
