NCT ID NCT07594457
First seen May 19, 2026 ยท Last updated May 19, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding short physical activities during university classes can improve students' belief in their own academic abilities (academic self-efficacy). About 80 students aged 18-26 will either take part in daily five-minute activities during class for eight weeks, or attend class as usual. Researchers will compare the two groups using a questionnaire to see if the activity group feels more confident about their schoolwork.
