New jaw device aims for better results with less hassle
NCT ID NCT07383259
Summary
This study looks back at two different treatments for children whose upper jaw is underdeveloped compared to their lower jaw (Class III malocclusion). It compares a traditional facemask method with a newer method that uses a small plate attached to the chin bone. The goal is to see which approach better moves the jaw forward and has fewer unwanted effects on the teeth.
