Summary
This study tested a topical solution called clascoterone against a placebo in 762 men with mild to moderate male pattern baldness. The goal was to see if it safely increases hair count and improves hair coverage over 12 months. Participants applied the solution twice daily to balding areas, and researchers measured hair growth using photos and questionnaires.
