New lens implant aims to sharpen sight for cataract patients

Summary

This study tests a new artificial lens, called Clareon TruPlus, that is placed in the eye during cataract surgery. The goal is to see if it safely improves vision in people with both cataracts and astigmatism. About 122 adults will get the lens in both eyes and have their eyesight checked over time.
