First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tested two types of leg exercises—clamshell and frog pump—in 92 sales workers who stand for long hours and have iliotibial band syndrome (a common cause of hip and knee pain). Both groups also received standard care like heat and stretching. The goal was to see which exercise better reduces pain, improves movement, and helps with daily tasks over 12 weeks.
