Summary

This study is testing a combination of four chemotherapy drugs (cladribine, idarubicin, cytarabine, and venetoclax) in about 500 people with acute myeloid leukemia, high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome, or a fast-growing form of chronic myeloid leukemia. The goal is to see how well the drugs kill cancer cells and stop them from growing. The study is for people who have not had curative treatment before or whose cancer has come back.
