Summary
This study enrolls 4,526 people with cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic (CKM) syndrome to identify factors that predict future heart attacks, strokes, or death. Researchers will analyze blood samples and use stress echocardiograms to build a model that helps doctors personalize treatment and follow-up plans. Participants are followed for at least 3 years to track major cardiovascular events.
