Summary
This study is testing an experimental cell therapy called CK0801 for adults with aplastic anemia, a rare and serious bone marrow disorder. The treatment involves infusing specially prepared immune cells from donated umbilical cord blood to help restore the body's ability to make blood cells. Researchers want to see if this approach can reduce or eliminate the need for blood transfusions in patients who haven't responded well to standard treatments.
