Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called cizutamig in 44 adults with generalized myasthenia gravis, a chronic autoimmune disease that causes severe muscle weakness. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and well-tolerated, while also looking for early signs that it might help control the disease. The study is for people whose current treatments aren't working well enough.
