New lupus drug enters human testing phase

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new drug called cizutamig in people with systemic lupus erythematosus (lupus). The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and how the body handles it, in 47 adults with active lupus. Researchers will monitor side effects and how the drug moves through the body to decide if larger studies are warranted.
