Sniff your way to better sleep? citrus and clove oils tested in seniors

Summary

This study looks at whether breathing in citrus or clove oil for a few minutes, three times a week for a month, can help older adults (65+) feel less tired, sleep better, and improve their quality of life. About 51 participants will be randomly assigned to receive citrus oil, clove oil, or a placebo. The results will compare changes in fatigue, sleep, and well-being before and after the treatment.
