Summary
This study looks at whether smelling citrus or clove oil for 2 minutes, three times a week for a month can reduce fatigue, improve sleep, and enhance quality of life in adults aged 65 and older. About 51 participants will be randomly assigned to receive citrus oil, clove oil, or a placebo. The goal is to see if these natural scents offer a simple, drug-free way to boost well-being in older adults.
