Summary

This study measures how cisplatin chemotherapy affects the inner lining of blood vessels (endothelium) in men with germ cell tumors. It compares 44 participants: those receiving cisplatin and those who had surgery only. The goal is to understand why cisplatin may increase long-term heart disease risk.
