New drug combo shows promise for blood cancers in early trial

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called cirtuvivint, alone or with another drug (ASTX727), in people with blood cancers MDS and AML. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well it works. About 54 adults whose cancer has returned or not responded to treatment will take part.
