Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized lifestyle plan that aligns daily habits with the body's natural clock can improve health in older adults with high blood sugar. Sixteen participants will follow a plan for 8 weeks that includes eating within a set 8-10 hour window, regular exercise, and consistent sleep. Researchers will measure changes in blood sugar control, physical fitness, thinking skills, and immune system markers.
