Summary
This study aims to find the precise dose of the sedative drug ciprofol needed to safely put patients to sleep for thyroid surgery. Researchers will observe 101 adults having their thyroid removed, carefully measuring drug levels and brain activity during anesthesia. The goal is to gather data to help doctors use this sedative more accurately and safely in the future.
