Summary
This study compares a new anesthetic called cipepofol to the standard drug propofol for putting children (ages 3-17) to sleep before elective surgery. The goal is to see if cipepofol works just as well and causes less pain at the injection site. About 400 children will take part in this phase 3 trial.
