Summary
This trial compares two rehabilitation approaches—constraint-induced movement therapy (CIMT) and task-oriented training (TOT)—to see which better improves hand function in people recovering from a stroke. About 48 adults aged 45–65 who had a stroke more than three months ago will be randomly assigned to one of the two therapies, attending 15 sessions over three weeks. Researchers will measure hand dexterity and grip strength using standard tests to determine which therapy offers greater benefit.
