Summary
This study aims to adapt and test a training program for Black churches to help prevent opioid overdose deaths. The program teaches community members how to recognize an overdose, use the reversal medication naloxone, and address stigma around addiction. It focuses on making the training culturally relevant for church members, clergy, and families affected by opioid use.
