Summary

This study tested whether Chuna manual therapy, a type of hands-on treatment, can reduce period pain better than standard physical therapy. Thirty women with moderate to severe menstrual cramps were split into two groups. The goal was to see if Chuna therapy offers a safe and effective way to ease pain and improve well-being during periods.
