Summary
This was a first-in-human study to test the safety and early effectiveness of a new drug called CHS-388 for people with advanced solid tumors. The trial enrolled 145 adults with cancers like kidney, liver, and lung cancer that had progressed after standard treatments. Researchers tested the drug by itself and in combination with other approved cancer therapies to find a safe dose and see if it could help control the disease.
