New antibody drug CHS-114 enters first human trials for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called CHS-114 in people with advanced solid tumors, including head and neck cancer. The drug is designed to help the immune system fight cancer. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, either alone or with another drug (toripalimab). About 87 adults whose cancer has worsened after standard treatments will take part.
