NCT ID NCT05635643
Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new drug called CHS-114, which is designed to help the immune system fight cancer. It will be given alone and in combination with another immunotherapy drug to adults with advanced solid tumors, including head and neck cancer, that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how well the body handles the drug.
