Summary
This study tested a new type of talk therapy designed to help people with mood disorders who also have chronic insomnia. The therapy, called ChronoS, combines techniques to regulate sleep-wake cycles, manage stress, and practice mindfulness. Researchers measured how well it reduced the severity of insomnia and related symptoms in 67 adult participants.
