Summary
This study is testing whether a special product made from amniotic tissue can help heal chronic wounds that have not improved for at least 4 weeks. It will compare this new treatment against standard wound care in 600 adults with various wound types, including diabetic foot ulcers and pressure sores. The main goal is to see if the amniotic tissue helps wounds close completely and if it improves patients' quality of life.
