First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests a new wound dressing called POLTX_Fiber against a standard one (Suprasorb Liquacel Pro) in 60 adults with chronic wounds like leg ulcers or diabetic foot sores. The goal is to see if the new dressing improves healing, controls infection, and reduces pain over 30 days. Participants will have their wounds photographed and measured weekly, and will be followed for up to 12 weeks.
