First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests a new approach for people with long-term back or neck pain that hasn't gotten better with usual treatments. Researchers will combine a gentle brain stimulation technique (tDCS) with specific exercises to see if it improves daily function, reduces pain, and boosts well-being. About 42 adults will take part, with half receiving the combo and half doing exercises alone.
