New nasal spray could bring relief to teens with chronic sinusitis

Summary
This study tests a nasal spray called OPN-375 in about 84 teenagers aged 12 to 17 who have chronic sinusitis without nasal polyps. The spray is given twice a day for 12 weeks to see if it reduces symptoms like stuffy nose, discharge, and facial pain. Half the participants get the real spray, and half get a placebo, so researchers can compare results.
