New nasal spray aims to ease sinus suffering in teens

Summary
This study tests a nasal spray (OPN-375) in about 84 teens aged 12-17 who have chronic sinusitis without nasal polyps. The spray is given twice a day for 12 weeks to see if it reduces symptoms like stuffy nose, discharge, and facial pain. Half the participants get the real spray, half get a placebo, and neither they nor their doctors know which they receive.
