Summary

This study tested two treatments for people with chronic shoulder pain that didn't get better with standard care. One group received a nerve block injection, and the other received a procedure called radiofrequency ablation. The goal was to see which treatment provides longer-lasting pain relief and better shoulder function. 104 adults took part and were followed for 3 months.
