Summary
This study looked at whether a Chinese herbal ointment called Compound Nanxing Zhitong Ointment can help people with long-term muscle and joint pain. Over 3000 adults with chronic pain in their neck, shoulders, back, or limbs took part. Researchers tracked their pain levels and how well the ointment worked over up to 3 months.
