Neck pain relief: which therapy works best?

NCT ID NCT06320938

First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tested two different approaches to help people with long-term neck pain: learning about how the brain processes pain (neuroscience-based education) versus a hands-on technique that releases tight muscles (myofascial induction). Sixty adults with chronic neck pain took part. The goal was to see which method better reduces pain and improves daily life.
