Summary

This study compares two treatments for chronic hip pain caused by osteoarthritis: a nerve block alone versus a nerve block plus pulsed radiofrequency. The goal is to see which provides better pain relief and improves hip function. About 84 adults with long-lasting hip pain who haven't responded to standard treatments will participate.
