New Nerve-Blocking combo could offer longer hip pain relief
NCT ID NCT07360093
Summary
This study is testing two procedures to relieve chronic hip pain from osteoarthritis. It compares a standard nerve-blocking injection (PENG block) against the same injection combined with a pulsed radiofrequency treatment. The goal is to see if the combination provides stronger and longer-lasting pain relief and improved hip function for people who haven't gotten enough help from medications or physical therapy.
