Summary
This study tested whether a 6-month home-based program could improve quality of life for adults living with chronic medical conditions. 185 participants in Pictou County, Nova Scotia, received daily emails with tips on exercise, diet, stress reduction, and other healthy habits. The goal was to see if this simple, remote support could help people better manage their conditions and improve their mental and physical health.
