Walk it off? study tests early movement vs. cast for foot fractures
NCT ID NCT07477327
Summary
This study compares two common approaches for treating Chopart foot fractures without surgery. One group will wear a cast or boot for 6 weeks, while the other group will use a special rigid shoe and start walking sooner. Researchers will track which method leads to better recovery, less stiffness, and a faster return to normal walking.
