Summary
This study tests whether pharmacy staff can help people with heart disease and high cholesterol reach their LDL (bad cholesterol) goals. About 1,000 adults will get phone calls to review medications, schedule follow-ups, and possibly adjust cholesterol drugs. The goal is to see if this extra support leads to better cholesterol control over 6 months.
