Doctors track cholesterol drugs in everyday patients
NCT ID NCT07206472
Summary
This study aims to understand the real-world benefits and side effects of two cholesterol-lowering drugs, bempedoic acid and a combination pill with ezetimibe. It will observe about 2,560 adult patients with high cholesterol in Asia and Latin America during their regular doctor visits for one year. The goal is to see how well the drugs work and how safe they are outside of a controlled clinical trial setting.
