Summary

This study tests whether a cream made with 2% cholesterol can help repair the skin barrier and ease symptoms in children aged 7 to 17 with mild to moderate eczema. Participants apply the cream or a placebo twice daily for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the cream reduces water loss from the skin and improves dryness and itching.
