Summary
This study tests a new mRNA vaccine designed to prevent chlamydia, a common sexually transmitted infection. About 1,560 adults aged 18 to 29 who are at higher risk of infection will receive either a low, medium, or high dose of the vaccine or a placebo. Researchers will monitor safety, immune responses, and how well the vaccine works over 18 months.
