Can a Chiropractor's touch ease your slipped disc pain?
NCT ID NCT07037641
Summary
This study tested whether adding specific chiropractic spinal adjustments to standard physical therapy works better for people with a herniated disc in their lower back. 45 participants were split into three groups: one got only physical therapy, one got physical therapy plus lower back adjustments, and one got physical therapy plus adjustments to the pelvic joint. Researchers measured changes in pain, movement ability, and fear of movement to see which approach helped most.
