Summary
This study aims to understand how certain genetic changes in blood cells, which can increase the risk of blood cancers and heart disease, develop over time. Researchers will follow about 300 adults with these changes for up to 10 years, performing regular health checks and scans. The goal is to learn who is most at risk and how these conditions are linked to other health problems.
