Ancient remedies tested in modern fight against scarred lungs
NCT ID NCT07162870
Summary
This study aims to evaluate whether traditional Chinese medicine can help people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a serious lung-scarring disease. It will follow 1,000 patients for two years to see if the treatment reduces symptom flare-ups, slows disease progression, and improves quality of life. The goal is to identify which patients might benefit most from this approach.
